YOUR LEICESTER GYM IS ABOUT TO UNDERGO A TRANSFORMATION AS WE INVEST IN & ELEVATE YOUR GYM

IN THE SHORT TERM, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF SOME IMPORTANT DETAILS, AS THERE WILL BE DISRUPTION TO OUR NORMAL OPERATIONS + ALL THE EXCITING STUFF THAT IS COMING YOUR WAY!

FIRST, SOME IMPORTANT STUFF...

 



IMPORTANT DATES:

 

  • 2ND - 8TH SEPTEMBER: YOUR GROUP EXERCISE STUDIOS WILL CLOSE, MEANING THIS MAY AFFECT ANY CLASS BOOKINGS.

  • 9TH SEPTEMBER: THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED COMPLETELY FOR AN ESTIMATED 3-WEEK PERIOD WHILE WE FINISH ELEVATING THE REST OF THE FACILITY

  • 30TH SEPTEMBER: WE EXPECT TO RE-OPEN ON THIS DATE, IF THIS IS TO CHANGE IT WILL BE COMMUNICATED FULLY.

 




MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS:

AS YOUR GYM WILL BE FULLY CLOSED FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD, WE HAVE UPDATED YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE, YOU'LL FIND THIS BELOW.

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP ANNUALLY, WE WILL EXTEND YOUR MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY DATE. THERE IS NO REASON TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP WHILST WE ARE CLOSED.


PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • ON/OR AROUND THE 1ST SEPTEMBER WE WILL TAKE A REDUCED PRO-ROTA PAYMENT FOR THE 9 DAYS WE WILL BE OPEN IN SEPTEMBER.

  • YOUR REGULAR MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS WILL CONTINUE FROM 1ST OCTOBER


PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP WHILE WE ARE CLOSED, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RE-JOIN AT YOUR EXISTING PRICE. WE THEREFORE ADVISE AGAINST CANCELLING DURING THIS TIME.
