YOUR SWINDON GYM IS ABOUT TO UNDERGO A TRANSFORMATION AS WE INVEST IN & ELEVATE YOUR GYM

IN THE SHORT TERM, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF SOME IMPORTANT DETAILS, AS THERE WILL BE DISRUPTION TO OUR NORMAL OPERATIONS + ALL THE EXCITING STUFF THAT IS COMING YOUR WAY!

FIRST, SOME IMPORTANT STUFF...

 



IMPORTANT DATES:

 

  • 18TH NOVEMBER - 24TH NOVEMBER: YOUR GROUP EXERCISE STUDIOS WILL CLOSE, MEANING THIS MAY AFFECT ANY CLASS BOOKINGS.

  • 25TH NOVEMBER: THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED COMPLETELY FOR AN ESTIMATED 4-WEEK PERIOD WHILE WE FINISH ELEVATING THE REST OF THE FACILITY

  • 26TH DECEMBER: WE EXPECT TO RE-OPEN ON THIS DATE, IF THIS IS TO CHANGE IT WILL BE COMMUNICATED FULLY.

 




MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS:

AS YOUR GYM WILL BE FULLY CLOSED FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD, WE HAVE UPDATED YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE, YOU'LL FIND THIS BELOW.

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP ANNUALLY, WE WILL EXTEND YOUR MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY DATE. THERE IS NO REASON TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP WHILST WE ARE CLOSED.


PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN FOR NOVEMBER

  • YOUR DECEMBER PAYMENT WON'T BE TAKEN DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF THE GYM

  • ON/AROUND THE 2ND JANUARY, PAYMENTS WILL BE REINSTATED


PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP WHILE WE ARE CLOSED, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RE-JOIN AT YOUR EXISTING PRICE. WE THEREFORE ADVISE AGAINST CANCELLING DURING THIS TIME.
