Our classes focus on 5 key areas, strength, cardio, HIIT, combat, and holistic. You’ll find a mix of these weekly classes on your gym timetable, which can be found online or within the Everlast Gyms app.

HIIT

Our high-intensity training classes are sure to get you moving, covering all areas of cardio, functional and resistance training.

Cardio

A 30 or 45-minute high-energy cardio class within our studios will drive your heart rate high.
