Our classes focus on 5 key areas, strength, cardio, HIIT, combat, and holistic. You’ll find a mix of these weekly classes on your gym timetable, which can be found within the Everlast Gyms app or online.

Our iconic Hustle studio combines functional, resistance and cardio training. This high-intensity interval training is proven to reduce body fat, improve mood and release endorphins.

Haymaker

Pack a punch at Haymaker, our fast-paced, efficient high-intensity interval training with a difference. Fuse boxing combinations with resistance, core and functional training.
