Fusing boxing combinations with resistance, core and functional training, this diverse workout is designed to keep you on your toes and heart rate high from start to finish.
Learn to lift! Backbone enables participants to understand the fundamentals of weightlifting whilst working out like an athlete. This small group, coach-led session will develop key movements and techniques that will transform any strength program into a workout worthy of champions!
