Our Evolution

Born from the iconic Everlast name, our foundations are rooted in boxing. That heritage still drives our mindset - but it no longer defines the full experience.

We've evolved into a multi-faceted fitness destination. One that combines strength, conditioning, recovery and coaching into a seamless, accessible journey for every member. Because today, performance means more than just one way of training.

Group Training

Found only at Everlast Gyms, our revolutionary group training timetable defies convention. Our unique instructor-led classes are designed for all fitness levels, these classes will challenge you to give whatever it takes to reach new heights! Join us and embrace the journey from contenders to champions!

Reformer Pilates

Performance isn't just about how hard you train, it's how well you recover. With offerings such as Reformer Pilates, mobility sessions and recovery-focused spaces, we help you build strength, improve flexibility and stay injury-free or learn a new skill.

Swimming

Available in selected gyms, our pools offer a low-impact way to train, recover and reset.

From lane swimming to aqua-based fitness, it's another way to support your overall wellbeing.

At selected gyms, Swimtime offer children's and adults swimming lessons. These can be found on the Swimtime website.

At selected Everlast Gyms, you'll find convenient, high-quality food and drink options designed to support your performance, recovery and daily routine.

From freshly prepped meals by Good Prep or grab-and-go nutrition from GSN, protein snacks, barista-style coffee and handmade smoothies, it's everything you need to stay energised, recover properly, and keep progressing without leaving the gym.
